Aivan Traylor

Aivan Traylor, MSHRM, has a diverse background in human resources, marketing, and community engagement. Experience includes internships at The Woman's Earth, Western Union, and Honeywell, where Aivan developed social media strategies, created marketing content, and led employee experience initiatives. In leadership roles with the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and University of Houston as a Resident Adviser, Aivan organized multiple events to foster community engagement. Aivan's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Houston and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University.
