Akshatha Rao

Akshatha Rao is a seasoned professional in workforce management with extensive experience spanning various companies in the industry. Beginning a career at The Minacs Group as a Senior Associate, Akshatha progressed through roles at Aditya Birla Minacs and IBM Daksh Business Services P Limited, eventually serving as Lead WFM. Akshatha continued to develop expertise at IBM India Private Limited and Hinduja Global Solutions, where an Assistant Manager role was held. Subsequently, Akshatha joined HSBC as an Assistant Manager WFM and currently contributes to Amazon in a Workforce Management capacity. Akshatha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Vijaya Degree College.
