Akshit Bhatia is a Software Development Manager at Amazon, leading a team within the Supply Chain Optimization Technologies organization since 2023. With over a decade of experience in software engineering, they began their journey as an intern at Amazon and advanced through various roles, ultimately transitioning into people management. Akshit’s passion for solving complex problems was sparked during high school while taking a Java development course, which laid the groundwork for their career. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, completed in 2014.
