As Director of Talent, Leadership & Culture at Amazon Web Services, Alan led cross-functional teams to drive cultural insights and behavioral change across the organization. Previously, Alan held multiple leadership roles at Credit Suisse, including Director of Senior Talent Development and Global Head of Talent Acquisition, overseeing talent strategies for a workforce of 50,000 employees worldwide. Alan's earlier career includes significant roles at RBS International, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and PA Consulting, focusing on recruitment and resourcing across various sectors. Alan holds an MSc in Organisation Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of York.
