Àlex Olivé Pellicer

Àlex Olivé Pellicer is an Applied Scientist at Amazon, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University, where they maintain a perfect GPA. Previously, Àlex participated in the Challenge Based Innovation Program at CERN, where they developed a prototype for early-stage lung cancer detection. They have also worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Accenture, creating personalized product descriptions using GPT-3.5 Turbo, and held a Research Assistant position at Purdue's VIPER Lab, focusing on advanced audio and video processing techniques. Àlex holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
