Alexander Winton

Alexander Winton is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner with extensive experience in HR management and employee relations. They began their career with an HR internship at SWIFT in 2015 before progressing to Amazon, where they held multiple roles including Senior HR Investigator and Senior Program Manager. Alexander has led teams in implementing HR policies and initiatives, while also conducting complex investigations and analyses to improve business performance. They earned a Master of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from West Virginia University.
