Alice Turini is a dynamic and proactive HR Master student at Bologna Business School. They have previously held various HR positions at Amazon, including Senior HR Business Partner, where they contributed to strategic HR initiatives from 2020 to 2022. Alice also worked as an HR Talent and Organizational Development Specialist at Philip Morris International and focused on Learning and Organizational Development at Hera. Earlier, they completed a project manager internship with NGO RTM - Volontari Nel Mondo, assisting international development projects in multiple countries. Alice earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a focus on Development Economics and International Development from Università di Bologna before completing their master's degree.
