Previously, they held various roles at Amazon Web Services, Deloitte, and TEKsystems, where they focused on inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives. Alicia designed impactful programs that supported organizational growth and employee engagement while earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with minors in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Northern Iowa.
