Alison Barlow

Alison Barlow, a Chartered MCIPD, is currently the International HR Director at Amazon Advertising, overseeing operations across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada. With a background in HR leadership and business development, Alison previously held multiple roles at Amazon, including Global Diversity Leader and EU Head of Diversity & Inclusion. Alison has extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors, having worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Citi and as Head of HR at Moneysupermarket.com. A graduate of Staffordshire University, Alison earned a BA Hons in Psychology and Literature.
