Alison Eakin

Alison Eakin currently serves as the Head of Indirect Tax at Amazon Canada, a role they have held for the past eight years. In addition to their leadership position, they are the Vice Chair of the Tax Executives Institute's national Canadian Commodity Tax Committee and a global co-leader of Amazon's Women in Tax organization. Alison's prior experience includes notable roles at Deloitte, where they specialized in indirect tax and export controls, and they were also involved in teaching at Carleton University. Alison holds a Master's degree in Science and Security from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University.
