Alison Muir is a research-driven manager with 25 years of experience in customer insights, strategic communications, and engagement. Currently a Senior Manager at Project Kuiper, they lead global customer insights and manage brand tracking and message testing as the company prepares for satellite launches to provide broadband to underserved communities. Previously, Muir held roles at Amazon, EnviroIssues, and Alison Peters Consulting, where they developed impactful research programs for significant social issues and client needs. Muir began their career at Godbe Research and also interned at The White House, gaining valuable experience in research and communication. They are pursuing degrees in Political Science from both Santa Clara University and Boston College.
