Allison Kapps

Allison Kapps is a lead product and UX designer at Amazon, specializing in AI experiences and agentic systems. With a strong background in UX consultancy for startups, they previously collaborated with various companies to enhance user experiences across multiple platforms. Allison’s past work includes significant roles at Shift Technology, Qonto, and HoloBuilder, where they led design initiatives that contributed to substantial user growth and investment outcomes. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Product Design and Human-Computer Interaction at both the University of Waterloo and the National University of Singapore.
