Alta T. has extensive experience in program and customer success management, particularly at Amazon where work spanned from June 2018 to present. As a Customer Success Manager in Amazon Vendor Services and later as a Program Manager for Amazon Insights, Alta T. successfully launched scalable programs, onboarded over 300 selling partners, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. In the current role as Tech Onboarding for Buy with Prime, responsibilities involve enhancing merchant experiences through the implementation of Prime benefits on their sites. Prior experience includes serving as Head Teacher at Montessori Preschool, where Alta T. led classroom instruction and teacher training. Currently pursuing further education at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.
