Alysia Paxton is a strategic product and technology leader with over 15 years of experience in driving global product transformations and scaling enterprise platforms. They have a proven track record of launching innovative GenAI solutions, significantly reducing operational costs, and enhancing employee and customer experiences across various global markets. Alysia has led large-scale platform migrations and developed custom systems for over 1.7 million global employees at Amazon, as well as founded and scaled a 200+ person operations and product organization. They hold a BA in Political Science from Western Washington University and have pursued advanced studies in Project Management and Technical Product Management.
