Alyssa Alvarez

Alyssa Alvarez is a Senior Regional Learning Manager at Amazon, where they are responsible for the successful orientation, training, and coaching of Delivery Station employees. Alyssa graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, focusing on Human Capital Development and a minor in Spanish. They have held various training and development roles at Amazon, honing their leadership skills while fostering the growth of emerging leaders. Additionally, Alyssa has experience in administrative work from their internship at Madison Settlement Services and played a key role in founding the Delta Theta chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha at Penn State. Currently, Alyssa is pursuing Spanish Language and Literature at the University of Virginia in Valencia.
