Amanda Barrett

Amanda Barrett is currently a Human Resources Program Manager at Amazon, where they utilize their strong analytical and interpersonal skills to improve work environments. They completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, as well as a minor in Statistics, from Brigham Young University. Prior to their current role, Amanda gained extensive HR experience at PillPack and Amazon, including positions such as HR Specialist and Human Resources Program Manager. They have a passion for working with people and continually seek new challenges to enhance their professional growth. Additionally, Amanda enjoyed participating in the BYU Europe Business Study Abroad Program, which allowed them to merge their interests in travel and international business.
