Amanda Ramos, MBA, is a dedicated Latina leader with over a decade of experience in operations and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Legrand, North America, Amanda has previously held significant roles, including Director of Education at American Career College and Senior Operations Manager at Amazon. With an educational background that includes an MBA from the University of La Verne and ongoing studies in Psychology at the University of California, Riverside, Amanda is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance team performance and foster inclusive environments. Additionally, Amanda actively engages in community initiatives, serving as the Community Chair for the Hispanic and Latinx Organization and the Inland Empire Chapter Leader for Women in Technology.
