Amanda Thompkins

Amanda Thompkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and evaluation, particularly in youth development and homelessness services. From June 2009 to 2012, Amanda served as the Research and Evaluation Lead Analyst at The Leadership Program, where responsibilities included creating agency-wide evaluation strategies and overseeing data management for thousands of students and families. Prior roles included Research and Evaluation Assistant at The Leadership Program, Regional Homeless Housing & Services Evaluator for King County, WA, and various positions at New York University, including Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant. Amanda's work has consistently involved developing evaluation frameworks, managing data systems, and presenting research findings to diverse stakeholders.
