Amber Sass is an experienced Program Manager at Amazon, where they have a passion for improving processes and procedures. With a background in operations management and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Policy and Sustainability Management from The New School, Amber has a proven track record of enhancing product development and team productivity. Amber has previously managed cross-functional teams at the International Rescue Committee, successfully implementing systems that significantly improved operational efficiencies. Outside of work, Amber enjoys being a dedicated dog parent and playing Pokémon.
