Amogh Gupta

Amogh Gupta is an experienced applied scientist with a strong background in computer vision and machine learning. At Amazon from March 2021 to June 2023, Amogh contributed to applied research in generative models, augmented reality, and 3D human reconstruction. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Columbia University, where Amogh analyzed adversarial robustness in deep learning multi-task learning models for computer vision tasks, and a Visiting Researcher position at Carnegie Mellon University, focusing on developing a computer vision pipeline for RoboTutor to assist children with limited access to education. Additional internships at UnternehmerTUM GmbH and The Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz Ltd involved prototyping digital products in travel and implementing software for advanced driver-assistance systems, respectively. Amogh holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial and Production Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
