Amy Bach is an experienced professional currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager for Sales Operations at Amazon since March 2019, focusing on tech and CRM strategy. Previously, Amy held various roles at Amazon, including Sr. Talent Intelligence Recruiter, Market Intelligence Recruiter, and Market Intelligence Analyst, specializing in executive talent acquisition and market research. Prior to Amazon, Amy worked at POSSIBLE as a Regional Talent Acquisition Strategist, managing full-cycle recruitment and implementing new ATS globally while championing Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives. Earlier experience includes a recruiting role at Wieden + Kennedy and serving as an Inventory Control Specialist at Apple Retail, where leadership of a 30-member team resulted in increased inventory accuracy.
