Andi Cheung is a Senior Manager of UX Design & Research at Amazon Luna, currently leading design efforts since 2021. Previously, they held various roles at Amazon, including Senior UX Designer and Principal UX Designer within Selling Partner Services. Andi began their career with a Technical Writing Internship at DapaSoft and has since gained extensive experience as an Information Architect and Senior Interaction Designer in notable companies such as Method and Work & Co. They hold a Master's degree in Interactive Telecommunications from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and are pursuing additional qualifications in Digital Communication and Digital Enterprise Management at Sheridan College and the University of Toronto.
