Andreas Seidel

Andreas Seidel has extensive experience in security and loss prevention management, serving as the Regional Director for Amazon from February 2014 to April 2025, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, focusing on investigations, crisis management, and the implementation of security standards. Prior to Amazon, Andreas held the position of Regional Director of Security & Loss Prevention at Allied Rapid Reaction Corps from March 2010 to January 2014, advising on communication strategies for NATO forces. Earlier in the career, Andreas managed multiple teams at the German PSYOPS Centre from September 2002 to February 2010, overseeing up to 15 employees and supporting large operational groups. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, both from The Open University.
