Andres Luengo is a Ph.D. in Economics with extensive research and teaching experience. They served as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Toronto and Banco Central de Chile in 2014 and 2015. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as an Assistant Professor at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
