Andrew Bajusz

Andrew Bajusz possesses extensive experience across various leadership and operational roles. As a Field Artillery Howitzer Section Chief in the Army National Guard since February 2016, Andrew has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills while managing over 20 personnel. In the role of Area Manager II at Amazon since February 2025, Andrew has implemented Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency in a robotics-driven environment. Prior experience includes an internship at DPS Land Services focusing on oil and gas title research, subcontracted cable technician work at Rab Communications, and serving as a Training Operations Professional for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, where Andrew expanded training programs significantly. Andrew also coordinated vaccine distribution efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic as a Noncommissioned Officer in Charge at the West Virginia Army National Guard. Academically, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Energy Land Management and is pursuing an MBA and an MS in Business Cybersecurity Management at West Virginia University.
