Andrew Carlson is currently a Senior Executive Recruiter in Global Media & Entertainment at Amazon, where they develop and execute proactive search strategies for executive-level leadership positions. Previously, they held roles including Senior Manager of Executive Search at WarnerMedia and Senior Recruiter at Turner, focusing on high-profile positions across various divisions. Andrew began their career as a Programming Intern at Entercom WLYF LITE FM before taking on communications roles at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson and the U.S. Department of State. They have a Bachelor’s degree in Television/Radio/Film from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where they are currently continuing their education.
