Andrew Harris

Andrew Harris is a seasoned professional in public policy and international affairs, currently serving as a Director at Amazon since December 2014, with a focus on public policy in Southeast Asia and internet governance. Prior to Amazon, Andrew held various roles at the U.S. Department of State from September 2010 to December 2014, including Internet Policy Advisor and Foreign Affairs Officer, where responsibilities included advising on telecommunications and Internet developments. A former Internet Policy Analyst at The White House, Andrew contributed to the development of international Internet policy. Andrew's earlier experience includes leadership roles in the United States Navy and community programming as Youth Director at Holy Innocents' Episcopal Church. Andrew holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
