Andrew Kites

Andrew Kites is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and product management within the lighting and technology industries. His career includes roles at Luminus Devices, where Andrew served as an Applications and Project Engineer, and progressed to positions such as Global Product Manager and Product Architect at Philips Lighting. In addition, Andrew has contributed to the growth of the Smart Home business segment as Group Product Marketing Manager at LEDVANCE and currently works as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon. Andrew co-founded Next Stage Capital, serving as President, and has completed mechanical engineering co-op positions early in the career. Andrew holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
