Andy Parra

Andy Parra is the Director of Supply Chain for Mexico at Amazon, where they oversee critical operational functions and lead initiatives to enhance performance and customer experience. Their previous roles at Amazon included Senior Operations Manager and ICQA/Learning Manager, emphasizing quality control and training across multiple sites. Prior to Amazon, Andy served in the US Army from 2003 to 2009 as a Staff Sergeant, where they supervised equipment operations and provided mentorship to subordinates during high-stress situations. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and International Studies from the University of Florida and is currently pursuing further education at The University of Manchester.
