Andy Perodeau

Andy Perodeau is an experienced leader in operations and training with a distinguished career in the U.S. Coast Guard and significant roles in the private sector. Perodeau served as Supervisor of Afloat Training Organization, training over 3,500 personnel across 96 ships and leading a team of 21 experts. Commanding positions include roles on the USCGC MAUI and USCGC NEAH BAY, managing operations, crew development, and ensuring mission success in challenging environments. In addition, Perodeau held roles at the USCG Ninth District, contributing to policy development that impacted over 4,500 personnel. Transitioning to the private sector, Perodeau took on management positions at Amazon, overseeing substantial operations and teams, while also obtaining an MBA from Indiana University.
