Andy Sasser is a seasoned food service and retail executive with extensive experience at Amazon and Whole Foods Market. Currently serving as the Category Leader for Perishables at Amazon, Andy spearheads strategic initiatives in the Deli, Bakery, and Prepared Foods categories while leading a dedicated team. Previously, Andy held various leadership roles at Whole Foods Market, including Executive Coordinator of Purchasing & Operations and Senior Category Leader for Prepared Foods & Bakery. Andy began their career as the Executive Chef at Capitol Brasserie, where they managed all aspects of the kitchen operations. They earned a degree in Geology, Anthropology, and Archaeology from The University of Texas at Austin.
