Andy (Xiaolong) Wang has substantial experience in the fields of deep learning and computer vision, with a career that includes roles as a Research Assistant at WVU and the University of Delaware, and internships at IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center. Andy has served as a Research Manager at Samsung Research America, leading teams in deep learning and computer vision, and is currently the Applied Science Manager at Amazon, overseeing AI research and development for Prime Video’s Trust and Safety Programs. Since 2019, Andy has also held the role of CTO Technical Advisor for Deep Learning at IBM, leading the Deep Learning R&D Team and contributing to advanced techniques and products for IBM Watson AI. Andy earned a degree from the University of Delaware in 2016.
