Anil Verma

Anil Verma is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations and engineering across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Country Director and Head of Customer Fulfillment Operations for the UK and Ireland at Amazon, Anil oversees various European teams focused on Reverse Logistics, Customer Quality, and Environmental Sustainability, among others. Previous positions at Amazon include European Director of Central Operations and Director of Quality, where Anil was responsible for end-to-end customer quality across Europe. Prior to Amazon, Anil held significant roles at Delphi Automotive Systems, including Director Operations Support for Asia Pacific and President & Managing Director of Delphi India, leading a large workforce and managing multiple manufacturing locations. Anil's career began at General Motors, where roles included Plant Manager and Chief Engineer. Anil holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from the University of Michigan, an M.S. and PhD in Engineering from Duke University, and a B.Tech. in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
