Animesh Nanda

Animesh Nanda is an accomplished procurement manager with extensive experience in supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as a Procurement Manager for Amazon since March 2025, Animesh is responsible for overseeing procurement for Amazon SEND operations, focusing on optimizing costs and enhancing service quality in cross-border logistics. Prior to this role, Animesh was with Tata Steel from May 2021 to March 2025, managing coking coal procurement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency. Animesh started as a Management Trainee in Commercial Operations at Tata Steel, where significant improvements in working capital management and project implementation were achieved. Animesh's earlier experience includes roles in media communications at the Xavier Institute of Management and procurement operations at Bhushan Power & Steel Limited, complemented by an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management and a B.Tech. in Metallurgical and Material Engineering from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology.
