Ankith M S

Ankith M S is a seasoned machine learning professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Amazon since July 2017, Ankith has held multiple key positions including Machine Learning Scientist and Applied Scientist 1, contributing to the Amazon Core Machine Learning team. Prior to this, Ankith was the Founder of Mapicle, an NLP and Machine Learning startup incubated at IIT Bombay, focused on automatic hierarchical summaries. Ankith also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Dfy Graviti Technologies in 2014, where responsibilities included studying broadcast systems and developing media solutions. Earlier career experience includes freelance development of standalone and web applications, including Google Chrome extensions between 2010 and 2012. Ankith holds a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
