Ann Bo

Ann Bo is a results-driven operations leader with over 14 years of experience in process implementation, operational efficiency, and leadership development. They have a proven track record in designing and executing large-scale operational improvements and building high-performing teams. Currently, Ann leads a region of six fulfillment centers at Amazon, focusing on quality and defect reduction. They previously held positions as a General Manager at JCPenney and a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, where they achieved significant cost reductions and operational improvements. Ann is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
