Ann Jensen

Ann Jensen is a Senior Information Architect at Amazon, bringing over 20 years of experience in research, training, software engineering, content strategy, development, and information architecture. They previously held roles as a Senior Technical Trainer at Cúram Software and contributed as a Software Engineer and Content Architect at Aspen Grove Solutions, where they designed a DITA-based documentation service. Ann also shared their expertise as a lecturer and software development teacher. Ann holds a BSc in Computing with first-class honours from Munster Technological University and a Master of Science in Java Card from the Institute of Technology, Tralee.
