Anne Szeto

Anne Szeto possesses extensive experience in executive search and talent acquisition, having served in various leadership roles at Amazon from November 2014 to May 2023, including Head of Academic Research Initiatives and Director of Strategic Recruiting. In these positions, Anne focused on building and retaining specialized talent communities crucial to Amazon’s strategic goals, notably expanding the company's specialized leadership community in fields such as machine learning and UX design from fewer than 50 to approximately 7,500 executives. Prior experience includes consulting for Chadick Ellig, where Anne conducted C-level searches for high-profile clients and a role at Hudson Highland Group as Director of Financial Services Research. Anne also has academic credentials with experience as an Adjunct Professor at Hunter College and holds degrees in Biochemistry and History from Columbia University and Stony Brook University.
