Anne Turner, MPA, is an experienced director specializing in global service compliance within the telecommunications industry. With a strong background in Universal Service Programs, they have demonstrated expertise in corporate governance, nonprofit organizations, and project management. Turner previously served as the Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at ENA Healthcare Services, LLC, where they managed compliance processes and regulatory audits, and is currently a Manager of ISP Compliance at Amazon Leo. They earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration focusing on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from The George Washington University.
