Anshuman Kumar

Anshuman Kumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management, primarily at Amazon since June 2013. Currently serving as Director of North America Last Mile Delivery Experience and World-Wide Last Mile Standards, Anshuman oversees customer fulfillment operations across Central Canada, the Prairie provinces, and the West Coast, managing a workforce of around 17,000 employees. Previous roles at Amazon include Director of Regional Operations and General Manager, where significant contributions included scaling Canada’s largest fulfillment building, launching innovative automated systems, and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to Amazon, Anshuman held positions at Qualcomm and Ericsson, where notable achievements included leading a complex network deployment plan and receiving awards for outstanding performance. Anshuman holds an MBA in Operations and Finance from Purdue University.
