Anusheel S. is currently the Compensation Leader at Amazon, overseeing the compensation strategy for Amazon.in and supporting emerging markets. With substantial experience in human resources, Anusheel previously served as a Senior HR Program Manager, leading critical Merger & Acquisition projects, and has held various HR roles at Prione Business Services and Infosys. Anusheel earned a PGDHRM in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology. Prior to these roles, Anusheel worked in pipeline design and project management at Engineers India Limited.
