Arash Sadighim

Arash Sadighim is a strategic product leader currently serving as Product Lead for Tech and Strategy at Amazon, where they manage a $2.6 billion Domestic First Mile transportation spend. They have previously held key positions such as Associate Director of Strategy & Business Analysis at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Sr. Account Manager at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company. Arash started their career as a Process Engineer at Schneider Electric Hub and has extensive experience in project management and engineering roles across various organizations. They obtained their Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California San Diego.
