Ari Perlman

Ari Perlman has extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, having served in key leadership roles at prominent companies. At Amazon from April 2019 to February 2021, Ari led the corporate source-to-pay team as Head of New Business Unit Procurement, focusing on cost reduction and optimization for scaling new businesses. Prior to this, Ari was the Chief Procurement Officer at TEGNA, overseeing $600 million in spend and strategic sourcing initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Deloitte, where Ari focused on business unit strategy and procurement excellence, as well as positions at Lehman Brothers and Booz Allen Hamilton, dealing with investment banking and organizational design. Ari holds an MBA in Finance and General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Economics and Biology from Emory University.
