Arkadiusz Biela

Arkadiusz Biela is currently a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager at Amazon, where they manage AR and Base Building areas and participate in the start-up of Fulfillment Centers across several European countries. Prior to this role, Arkadiusz served as a Maintenance Specialist at Grupa Żywiec S.A. and as a Junior Maintenance Specialist, gaining expertise in planning PM and AM work, budget management, and team supervision. Arkadiusz began their career as a Process Methods Engineer at Valeo, focusing on the analysis of electrical and mechanical parameters. They hold a Master’s degree in Machine Construction and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Akademia Techniczno-Humanistyczna w Bielsku-Białej.
