Arthur Wang currently serves as the Head of Consumer & Market Insights for Amazon Fresh, a position held since January 2023, after previously being the Head of Consumer Insights at the same company. Prior to Amazon, Arthur spent over four years at Whole Foods Market, starting as a Senior Manager in Consumer Insights and eventually becoming a Principal overseeing essential research areas including E-Commerce and Customer Satisfaction programs. Arthur has also held senior roles at Target focused on consumer insights and strategy, with earlier experience in various marketing and consulting positions at companies like ÖUS BRASIL, Dish Network, MGA Entertainment, adidas Gymnastics, and Walgreens. Arthur holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, along with a Foundational Leadership Certificate from Stagen Leadership Academy.
