Arti Rawat is a Regional Learning Manager - North with a strong background in operations and management. Previously, Rawat held roles as an Area Manager in FC Operations and a Manager at Blue Dart, where they independently oversaw branch operations and ensured smooth inbound and outbound processes. Rawat began their career with a summer internship at Crompton Greaves, focusing on productivity improvements in a transformer manufacturing plant. They earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Operations Management and Supervision from the Birla Institute of Management Technology.
