Ashish Parulekar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition science and analytics, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Science & Analytics at Amazon since May 2022. Leading a team of over 400 experts, Ashish drives the development of intelligence products that support Amazon's global talent acquisition efforts. Previously, in roles such as Director of Data Science and Analytics for Workforce Staffing, Ashish managed teams that enhanced the hiring processes for over a million hourly associates worldwide. Prior experience at Capital One includes positions such as Head of Talent Acquisition Analytics & People Analytics and Senior Director of Small Business Lending and Data Science, demonstrating a strong background in data-driven decision-making and workforce planning. Ashish holds a Master of Science in Machine Learning from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
