Ashit Kumar

Ashit Kumar is a Software Development Manager at Amazon since February 2022, contributing to the Alexa Music team to enhance media playback experiences on Alexa devices. Prior to Amazon, Ashit held the position of Lead Architect/Manager at Huawei Technologies India from February 2019 to February 2022, where significant achievements included developing features for multi-cloud data management and active involvement with the SODA Foundation. Ashit has also served as Principal Software Engineer at Veritas Technologies LLC from October 2015 to February 2019, leading teams in the development of enterprise software solutions. Earlier experience includes roles at Symantec, focusing on disaster recovery solutions and storage management tools, and a trainee position at PharmQuest. Ashit possesses a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune and a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology Management from Symbiosis Centre.
