Ashleigh Reeves

Ashleigh Reeves is a human-centered designer, researcher, and strategist presently working as a Senior Design Strategist at Amazon, focusing on employee experience. With a history of leading creative teams and collaborating with senior leaders, Ashleigh held the position of Organizational Design Director at IDEO from 2018 to 2023 and served as Senior Advisor on Workplace Well-Being for the 21st U.S. Surgeon General from 2021 to 2023. Ashleigh's education includes a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from William James College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Wake Forest University, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude.
