Ashley Hoffer

Ashley Hoffer, MPS, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, having served as a Senior Human Resources Assistant and currently as a Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon since October 2020. Prior to Amazon, Ashley held roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager and Coordinator, where responsibilities included strategic recruiting and talent retention to meet financial and compliance goals. Earlier experience includes serving as a Legislative Assistant for the PA House of Representatives and a Human Resources Intern at Community Solutions Inc., a nonprofit focused on aiding at-risk youth and adults. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Political Affairs from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
